Our in-house attorney is an engineer with a few years of experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, along with Master’s degree in Computer Systems Networking & Telecommunications Engineering. After Master’s degree, he worked for close to three (3) years as an engineer. Due to his background in engineering, he wanted to pursue a career where technical engineering background and law meet. He looked for legal programs that offered Intellectual Property and Privacy Law as specialization in their legal curriculum. He found The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, whose Intellectual Property law program ranked consistently ranked in the Top 20 of the U.S. News & World Report during his search. Then he pursued Juris Doctor (J.D.) of law at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago for three (3) years. He is currently licensed in the state of Minnesota. His admission to District of Columbia (D.C.) is pending. Intellectual Property & Immigration are predominantly federal practices, with a license in one state is acceptable to practice law in these two areas anywhere in the United States.
